Thanks so much for the tremendous interest in the Introvert Mentoring Circle (IMC) concept.  I believe introverts have a lot to say and a desire to learn how to use our innate strengths to be confident, successful, and happy. Together, we can create a forum that boosts our pursuit of those objectives. That’s where this idea was born.

Structure

• Starting Tuesday February 1, 2022 at 8pm Eastern Time (US)

• 8-12 participants

• Six one-hour classes over a six-week series:

  • 15 minutes in which I present a topic:

    • Oct  5: ​      Demystifying Introversion

    • Oct 12:      Exploring Your Skills & Talents

    • Oct 19:      Tackling Meetings Your Way

    • Oct 26:      Networking 1-on-1

    • Nov 02:     Authentic Leadership

    • Nov 09:     Dynamic Team Culture

  • 15 minutes of group discussion/Q&A on the weekly topic

  • 30 minutes in which two participants (15 min each) share specific issues and everyone contributes ideas/solutions

  • Notes and guides provided after each class

Participant Expectations

• One 15-minute 1;1 Zoom Get-to-Know-You session in Aug/Sep to break the ice

• Some minimal pre-work before some classes

• I support learning by listening and also encourage participants to share issues and ideas

 

Registration Fee

• Introductory rate of $100 for the full series
